Is there a blanket NDA I can sign for all clients?

Unfortunately due to the size and status of our clients, we do not offer a blanket NDA at this time. You can use the following link to sign for multiple clients at once: Non-Disclosure Agreement.

How can I be notified when new deals come through the pipeline that match my criteria?

To ensure you receive opportunities that match your criteria, please fill out your DealForce profile You may also be required to fill out an investor profile so Generational Equity has your full information on record: Investor Profile. You can bookmark our website to routinely check back at your convenience.

How long does it take for me to receive the OM/CIM once I sign the NDA?

It may be several days before the OM is returned due to a variety of factors. The most common reason for a delayed return is that the respective director is either receiving client approval or finalizing a valuation update within the Offering Memorandum.

Who is the main contact I should be dealing with, given my location/criteria?

Our deal teams are divided by region and industry. You can contact Lisa Lippe for further questions regarding specific industries and requisites, as she oversees all of the active deals in market.

What is the asking price?

Generational Equity operates on an auction-type business model. Please sign the respective NDA for the deals of interest to receive further information, numbers, locations, and deadlines.

Where is the business located?

We can give you regional locations for each company, but to receive exact locations please sign the respective NDA for your opportunities of interest.

Why do I need to give my phone number?

In order to ensure that we are receiving true information from potential buyers who will respect the client’s confidentiality. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes without your express permission.
