As we enter a new year, many of us take time to reflect on our goals for 2020 and beyond. One of the most important questions every business owner will eventually face is this:
We are regularly asked that question at our exit planning conferences. And although that is an important question to ponder, you have to recognize that your eventual exit is not an event, but a process, a journey – one that should be undertaken earlier rather than later.
