Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately-held, middle-market businesses, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, The Seed House (Seed House), headquartered in O'Neill, Nebraska, by Wilbur-Ellis Company, headquartered in San Joaquin, California. The acquisition closed on June 26, 2015.

The Seed House is a full service seed company offering a complete line of corn, soybeans, grasses, foraged wildlife mixes, organic crops, and other specialty crops. The Company also provides a host of value-added services including crop scouting, seed treatment, custom blending, and more. The Seed House will continue to operate under its current name.

Managing Director Michael Goss and Vice President Julie Sandoval led the Generational Equity deal team that advised Seed House on the transaction.
