(Pro Trans), headquartered in Deer Park, Texas, by ARI Logistics a wholly owned subsidiary of Action, Inc. (Action), headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama. The acquisition closed on September 8, 2015.
Since 1992, Pro Trans has been a third party logistics company providing customized services and managed programs tailored to suit their commercial and industrial customers' specific transportation needs. Pro Trans' programs provide premium customer service designed to help control freight costs and improve service to and from vendors and customers.
