Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately-held, middle-market businesses, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, CoreBrand LLC, headquartered in New York, New York, by Brandlogic, headquartered in Wilton, Connecticut. The acquisition closed on November 29, 2013.

CoreBrand is a full-service brand consultancy that helps organizations understand, define, express, and leverage their brands for measurable results. Whether delivering research, strategy, creative expression or ongoing brand management, CoreBrand's sole focus is to help clients use their brands to make a measureable difference in business results.
