Cornerstone Healthcare Group recently acquired Stonehaven Assisted Living, a Generational Equity client. The deal closed on November 1, 2016.
Stonehaven Assisted Living, close to Little Rock, AR, is a Level II assisted living facility licensed for 80 beds. All residents are private pay.
Cornerstone Healthcare Group of Dallas, TX, operates several long-term acute care hospitals with medical rehabilitation programs. Cornerstone specializes in the treatment of medically complex patients who require individualized, interdisciplinary acute care for an extended recovery time.
Michael Goss, Managing Director of Mergers and Acquisitions for Generational Equity, and trusted affiliate partner, Bill Evans, led the deal to a successful close, supported by Generational Equity’s Julie Sandoval, Senior Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions.
