We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Giddings Hawkins Maintenance Service, Inc. to a private investor. The acquisition closed July 1, 2019 and details were not disclosed.
Giddings Hawkins Maintenance Service, Inc. located in Mukwonago, Wisconsin, is a full service industrial and commercial maintenance and cleaning services company. They have been in business since 1987 and serve the Southeastern Wisconsin region. The company services a wide variety of businesses and provides an even wider array of services.
Generational Equity Executive Managing Director of M&A - Central Region, Michael Goss, and his team, led by Senior M&A Advisor Steve Dinehart, supported by Managing Director Ryan Johnson, successfully closed the transaction. Senior Managing Director David Robinson established the initial relationship with Giddings Hawkins.

“With their new ownership the employees of Giddings Hawkins can look forward to another quarter century of growth and prosperity.”
