We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Easy Speech Pathology, Inc. to Carroll Capital. The acquisition closed August 20, 2019, and details were not disclosed.
Located in Palm Desert, California, Easy Speech Pathology, Inc. offers board-certified speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, applied behavior analysis therapy, and psychological services for both adults and children.
As a designated Qualified Autism Service Provider, their expansive facility is designed to provide customized therapy services in an inviting and nurturing environment. Utilizing their comprehensive care approach, they provide an effective, personalized intervention that improves the lives of the individuals and families they serve.
Carroll Capital is a family office founded by Brian F. Carroll and located in Greenwich, Connecticut. Generational Equity Executive Managing Director of M&A – Western Region, Stephen Crisham, supported by Managing Director-Western Region, Lori Galloway, successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director Ashok Tandon established the initial relationship with Easy Speech Pathology.
According to Crisham, “The resulting partnership from this transaction provides the resources to continue the rapid expansion of Easy Speech to become a dominant regional player in the industry.”
