We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Mainstreet Computers, Inc., to Convenient Payments Holdings, LLC. The acquisition closed August 29, 2019 and details were not disclosed.
Mainstreet Computers is a SaaS company providing solutions for the auto and flat glass industries. The company continually invests in software innovation and offers the latest in glass-specific software and mobile applications.
Auto glass repair shops, flat glass repair shops, and auto dealerships are the primary end-users of its POS software. The company is located in Belleville, MI.
Convenient Payments, LLC, a portfolio company of The Beekman Group, is an advanced technology provider of end-to-end payment solutions, integration platforms and stored-value products for private and public sectors in person and online.
It offers a complete payment processing solution for industries wanting to accept credit/debit card and ACH/ECheck transactions in-person, over the phone, through the Internet or through their automated recurring payment module. The company is headquartered in Draper, UT.
The Beekman Group is a private equity firm dedicated to partnering with management teams to grow companies into market-leading businesses.
