We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Compressed Air Technologies, Inc., to Lane Industrial Supply Company. The acquisition closed September 6, 2019 and details were not disclosed.
Compressed Air Technologies sells and services air compressors for commercial and industrial businesses. The company is a certified Kaeser distributor located in Monroe, Ohio, providing service, sales and rentals across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. Kaeser is one of the most highly respected compressor manufacturers in the world.
Lane Industrial Supply Company is a wholesale distributor of general manufacturing, industrial, millwork and construction supplies located in Denver, Colorado. With over 60 years of industry experience, Lane Supply Company is a customer-driven company, specializing in the wholesale distribution of trusted supply brands for a wide range of industries.
Generational Equity Executive Managing Director of M&A - Central Region, Michael Goss, and his team, led by Managing Director, Jerry Yocum, with support from Managing Director, Ryan Johnson, successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director Rick Buchoz established the initial relationship with Compressed Air.
