We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Advanced Business Systems, LLC, to Stoneridge Software. The acquisition was effective as of February 1, 2020 and details were not disclosed.
Advanced Business Systems, LLC, (ABS) based in Austin, TX and Metairie, LA, has helped customers modernize their ERP and CRM technologies to become more efficient and profitable since 1999. The Company is a Gold Microsoft Partner that has delivered Microsoft products to small and medium businesses (SMB) to improve productivity, decrease costs, and increase revenue.
Founded in 2012, Stoneridge Software is the largest Microsoft Gold ERP & CRM Partner in the upper Midwest, with offices in Barnesville and Minneapolis, MN and Fargo, ND. As a business technology firm with specialties in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics AX, Dynamics NAV, and Dynamics CRM, Stoneridge focuses on attracting the most knowledgeable experts in the field to provide stellar solutions that deliver maximum business impact.
Generational Equity Executive Managing Director of M&A – Central Region, Michael Goss, and his team, led by Senior Vice President Mergers & Acquisitions Chris Gain, and assisted by Vice President Mergers & Acquisitions Andre Farahmandi, successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director Thomas Hamm established the initial relationship with Advanced Business Systems.
