We are pleased to share the sale of our client, Flex HR, Inc., to a Private Investor. The acquisition closed December 18, 2020.

Generational Equity Executive Managing Director, M&A-Technology Practice Leader, David Fergusson, and his team, led by Sr. Managing Director Southeastern Region, Julie Sandoval, with the support of Vice President Mergers & Acquisitions, Alex Mironov, successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director David Robinson established the initial relationship with Flex HR.
