We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Precision Restoration Services, to Private Investors. The acquisition closed June 23, 2021.

Located in Weaverville, North Carolina, Precision Restoration Services (PRS) provides insurance restoration contracting for residential and commercial emergency services, and full structural repairs following water, mold, fire, smoke, and storm damage. PRS is fully insured and certified to work on homes and businesses located in North Carolina.

From emergency services to turnkey repairs, PRS works closely with customers to ensure job satisfaction on restoration projects. The company differentiates itself from competition by being a full-service restoration business.

PRS is fully capable of doing both water damage cleanup and restoration on any home or business located in the mountain region of North Carolina.

The company’s staff and service technicians adhere to the protocols and guidelines for restoration services, including state, federal, and Institute for Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certifications (IICRC) guidelines. All PRS water damage restoration technicians have gone through a rigorous training process for proper use of techniques, equipment, and other necessary protocols.

Generational Equity Executive Managing Director, M&A-Technology Practice Leader, David Fergusson, and his team led by Managing Director, Mergers and Acquisitions, Jack Sluiter, with the support of Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions, Tristan Keeffe, successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director Thomas Hamm established the initial relationship with PRS.

“Working with our clients at PRS has been a privilege. They’re great people, built a great business and have just closed on a great transaction,” said Sluiter.

Sluiter added, “After courting several high-quality buyers from the private equity world, the best buyer ended up being two private investors real close to home. It worked out great for all parties.”
