We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Lake Murray Environmental Services, to Greenrise Technologies (a holding of Boyne Capital). The acquisition closed November 12, 2021.

Lake Murray Environmental Services (LMES), located in Gilbert, South Carolina, is a leading provider of erosion prevention and sedimentation control best management practices. The company also provides construction debris removal.

In operation since 2008, the company has developed a broad set of capabilities and has completed work on a variety of significant projects. LMES prides itself on combining innovative stormwater solutions and a superior degree of service across its service area.

Located in Readyville, Tennessee, Greenrise Technologies (Greenrise) is a full-service green infrastructure firm that delivers innovative, reliable and precise engineered turnkey systems in the following areas: Greenroofs, Stormwater Management, Growing Medium, and Componentry Maintenance.

With a relentless commitment to quality and service, Greenrise transforms the performance requirements and aesthetic ideals of its clients into thriving, customized, sustainable solutions that reduce the impact of development, improve quality of life, and exceed expectations every time.

Boyne Capital, located in Miami, Florida, is a private equity firm focused on investments in lower middle market companies. Founded over a decade ago, they have invested hundreds of millions of capital in dozens of companies.

They take a different approach to investing. A more human approach. One that forges lasting and collaborative relationships with companies whose founders and families are still deeply involved in growing their businesses. One that doesn’t mind seeing things from the ground level.

Generational Equity Executive Managing Director, M&A-Technology Practice Leader, David Fergusson, and his team, led by Senior M&A Advisor, Gene Gall, with the support of Managing Director, M&A, Alex Mironov, successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Terry Stidham established the initial relationship with LMES.
