We are pleased to announce the sale of its client Pool Doctor Service & Supplies, Inc. to National Pool Partners. The acquisition closed November 9, 2021.
Pool Doctor Service & Supplies (PDSS), located in Cape Coral, Florida, is a leading pool service and repair company that specializes in pool service, pool repairs and retail store sales. In operation for over 40 years, the company has developed a broad set of capabilities and has completed work on a variety of projects. The company has strong relationships with key customers in a variety of markets.

Senior Managing Director Roger Dean established the initial relationship with PDSS.
