We are pleased to share the sale of our client Valley Truss Company, Inc. to Builders FirstSource, Inc. The acquisition closed April 1, 2022.

Valley Truss Company (VTC), located in Boise, Idaho, is a manufacturer of metal plate connected wood trusses for builders and contractors in the residential and commercial construction industries. VTC has been a trusted provider for residential and commercial builders in Idaho and Northern Nevada. The Company has developed a strong reputation for providing high quality and reliable trusses.

Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, Builders FirstSource is the nation’s largest supplier of structural building products, value-added components and services to the professional market for new residential construction and repair and remodeling. Their focus is on providing unparalleled service to both large and small customers.
