We are pleased to share the sale of our client, Perfection Custom Closets, to Kambium, Inc. The transaction closed on May 31, 2022.
Located in Niles, Illinois, Perfection Custom Closets (PCC) is a leading custom closets company in the Chicago area. PCC provides custom storage solutions and other interior home services for patrons in the area. PCC’s unique, premium-quality closets are imagined and then created with precision and care by the Company’s team of designers and workers. PCC is proud to have served the Chicagoland area for 20 years offering beautiful custom and locally made storage solutions.
Kambium, located in Lakeville, Minnesota, is a leading manufacturer and wholesaler of closets & home storage cabinetry, store display fixtures, custom casework and commercial cabinetry. The Company’s core values are: Respect, customer focus, continuous improvement, humility, and teamwork.
Generational Equity Executive Managing Director of M&A – Central Region, Michael Goss, and his team, led by Senior M&A Advisor, Prasad Karcherla, with the support of Vice President, M&A, Madison Buckley, successfully closed the transaction. Senior Managing Director Brian Hendershot established the initial relationship with PCC.
