The Company is a full truckload and LTL carrier, specializing in refrigerated or climate-controlled freight; and flatbed services, applicable to special equipment or atypical shape/sized loads. The service revenue in recent years has comprised flatbed freight revenue (50% of 2020 sales), refrigerated commodities (35%), and trailer rental (15%). The Company has 45 to 55 active units on the road daily, and has continually added equipment and employees in a controlled growth strategy over the last few years. As of 2020, the Company owns or leases 30 power units and 50 trailers, and also utilizes 10 to 15 independent contractor operators with their own equipment. The Company has a 24/7 operation, supported by the Company's team of 8 dispatchers, who operate remotely, actively negotiating or tracking loads throughout the country.
