We are pleased to share the sale of our client PGH Petroleum & Environmental Engineers, LLC to GAI Consultants, Inc. The transaction closed April 6, 2022.
PGH Petroleum & Environmental Engineers (PGH), located in Austin, Texas, is unique in the oil and gas consulting field in that the company offers clients a full range of petroleum and regulatory consulting services.
