Bauer Software Group, Inc. acquired Generational Equity client Pre1 Software. The acquisition closed second quarter 2017.
Pre1 Software, based in Portland, Oregon, designs and builds software for newspapers, magazines and digital publications. The company’s premier cross-platform, ad management software suite, SmartPublisher™, offers contact relations management, order entry, production trafficking, billing and extensive reporting.
Bauer Software Group, Inc., based in Ashburn, Virginia, is an active investor in software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies and web development firms that bring added value to its current portfolio holdings.
Generational Equity Managing Director Stephen Crisham’s team, led by trusted affiliates Curtis Case and Trevor Hill with support from Generational Equity MD Lori Galloway, successfully closed the deal.
