We are pleased to announce the sale of our client Verge Network Solutions, Inc. to Zadeh Group, LLC. The transaction closed October 7, 2022.
Verge Network Solutions (VNS), located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, specializes in serving the telecommunications needs of community banks, focusing on the design, implementation, and support of voice communications over the bank’s network.
VNS provides dial tone and long distance services via its Verge IP Connect SIP Trunk Services, and the systems include both premise based installed systems, as well as hosted, or cloud based communications systems. The Company represents leading world class manufacturers providing the latest state-of-the-art products and applications.
Before VNS begins any new customer relationship, it conducts an extensive audit of their telecommunications environment and becomes the single point-of-contact to assist the bank/client in reducing recurring communications expenses, while deploying advanced technology to help the bank better serve its customers.
Over the course of its 20-year operating history, VNS has developed an outstanding reputation in its marketplace, and is well known for the reliability and quality of its service.
Zadeh Group is a holding company headquartered in Houston, Texas. The company owns technology companies Leap Rail (healthcare), Kloser (software), and Verge Network Solutions (telecommunication). The company is led by serial entrepreneur, Shayan Zadeh.
Generational Equity Executive Managing Director of M&A – Central Region, Michael Goss, Senior Vice President, M&A, Andrew Byrd, with the support of Vice President, M&A, Madison Buckley, successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director, DeWayne Nelon, established the original relationship with VNS.
