We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Precision Communication Inc. (dba PreCom), to a Private Investor. The acquisition closed September 3, 2019 and details were not disclosed.

Generational Equity Executive Managing Director of M&A – Western Region, Stephen Crisham, and his team led by M&A Advisor David Berry, along with support from Vice President Mergers & Acquisitions Chad Comroe, successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director David Pickard established the initial relationship with PreCom.
