We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Master Tile Network, LLC, to Pool Corporation (Nasdaq: POOL). The transaction closed February 14, 2020 and details were not disclosed.
Master Tile Network LLC (Master Tile) is a Houston, Texas, based distributor of swimming pool tile and hardscapes products. Master Tile operates seven sales and distribution centers in Texas, California, Nevada, Oklahoma, Florida and New Jersey.
Headquartered in Covington, Louisiana, Pool Corporation (POOLCORP) is the world’s leading independent distributor of swimming pool supplies, with an additional focus on irrigation equipment, outdoor living, and landscape products. The Company has over 4,000 employees in over 370 locations worldwide. They represent over 200,000 national brand and private label products.

Chris Heckert, Managing Director Mergers & Acquisitions, with support from Vice President Mergers & Acquisitions Andre Farahmandi, successfully closed the transaction. Executive Managing Director Jon Hyman established the initial relationship with Master Tile.
