We are pleased to share the sale of our client, InfoCase, Inc., to Gamber-Johnson LLC (a holding of Main Street Capital Corporation). The acquisition closed September 16, 2022.

InfoCase, located in Blue Ash, Ohio, is an industry leader in the design and manufacturing of protective cases, holsters, and other productivity-enhancing accessories for mobile devices.

The company’s mission is to help mitigate damage of its customers’ mobile technology while increasing the efficiency of its use. This mission is accomplished by crafting innovative, solution-oriented products that exceed clients’ expectations.

The company’s direct partnerships as trusted advisers to OEM technology manufacturers, value-added resellers and distributors allow it to create meaningful solutions that are embraced by a variety of end-user verticals.

Located in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, Gamber-Johnson is an award-winning manufacturer of mobile mounting solutions trusted to be rugged, reliable, and responsive.
