The Group of Companies has operated as an integrated refreshment services platform serving the Tri-State region for 40 years, with each of the five divisions contributing a specialized capability. One entity provides vending, micro-market, and bulk resale services across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, operating large-scale routes supported by advanced warehouse and service infrastructure. The second functions as a wholesale distributor of beverage and snack products, primarily focused on beverages, supplying financial services, hospitality, museums, and restaurants. The third and fourth entities both deliver vending and micro-market services, with one concentrating heavily on educational, retail, and governmental environments, while the second focuses on educational, professional, and health and wellness customers. The last entity completes the platform through office coffee, pantry, break room, and equipment services for corporate clients, offering beverages, snacks, consumables, and service programs.
Together, these entities represent a full-service ecosystem that supplies vending, micro-markets, wholesale products, office coffee, pantry management, and related consumables. The Group leverages shared facilities, intercompany supply channels, and complementary product mixes to generate operational efficiency. Collectively, the Group serves a wide variety of commercial clients, including financial institutions, educational organizations, media and technology companies, professional services firms, public sector organizations, hospitality venues, and food service intermediaries often working in partnership with major suppliers and brands.
INVESTMENT APPEAL
Major New Initiatives: The Company is pursuing multiple strategic initiatives that extend beyond traditional organic growth and leverage scale, relationships, and technology. One major initiative is a new partnership with a multinational supplier and brand and a large Govt. Agency for a transit vending rollout. This program would see the Group serving millions of captive daily commuters and will drive significant growth for the company over the next decade.
Advanced Technology Leader: The Group is pioneering the rollout of integrated smart-coolers and intelligent kiosks that are reshaping unattended retail in the Tri-State region. This technology allows for significantly improved market analytics that drive unit profitability far beyond traditional vending and will serve as growth engines for both the existing locations and new locations alike. Open-concept layouts and expanded assortments also appeal to modern workplace environments, supporting higher engagement and expanded placement opportunities vs traditional vending models.
Group Efficiency Opportunity: The Group have identified several opportunities for internal investment to drive long-term efficiencies through standardization, purchasing power, reporting and route management. The efficiencies are being implemented and are expected to drive EBITDA gains beginning in 2027 with the full realization starting in 2028.
