The Company’s key differentiating factor is customer-friendly service policies geared to encourage repeat business, including extra time for customers to renew their loan or redeem the collateral being held while loans are outstanding.

Non-Owner Management Team: The Company’s active owner oversees a tenured and experienced management team including regional, store, and assistant managers, lessening ownership dependence and easing transition post-sale.
Federal Firearm Licenses: All of the Washington stores have federal firearms licenses (FFLs) and currently accept for pawn, as well as buy and sell firearms. (The California stores do not, but a buyer could choose to obtain FFLs if desired and add another element of competitiveness.)
